not sure why but it was just really hard today... felt crap all the way round, and the usual euphoria was replaced by exhausted relief at doing 30 mins (plus a couple of extra mins at the end, but very slow)... wondering if it was because its quite warm today... didn't sleep well last night, bit stressed about a few things... stomach felt weird too .... but hope I never have a run like today's again, it just wasn't enjoyable at all... going to leave a 2 day gap to try and rest my aching legs and back and hopefully my Monday graduation run will be wonderful! Keep going everyone and have a great weekend xxx

Hi. I’m on week 8...some runs I do are fine and I feel I’ve got some stuff left in the tank and some are absolute shockers?! I never really know what I’m going to get till about 5 mins in...that’s when if it’s a bad one I find out 😣
I have no idea what does it, don’t know if it’s sleep or hydration, if you find out I’d love to know 👍🏻

Some runs are like that, and it sounds as if you could be sickening for something maybe?
Rest up, but put some gentle leg exercise in too... ready for that run to the podium
