Graduated at Park Run today

I can't believe the 9 weeks is over as it has gone so fast. When I started I could only run for 30 seconds at a time and the program looked very daunting. If I could go back I would tell myself to trust the program, it works and I have never felt pushed too far beyond what I was capable of.

I had a so so park run today having gone out too fast and having to slow right down in the middle. Just decided to enjoy the weather and not race and was expecting a slow time but ended up with a Pb. My first park run, do it once every two weeks, was 37:21, my second was 34:10 and today's was 33:00! The people in Lidl must have thought I was a nutter with my happy dance when the time came through lol
