So today was the day I tackled the 20 minute non-stop run and I was sure it was going to be the one I would need to repeat BUT I blinking did it!
I'm 6ft1 and before this I couldn't run the length of myself!! Always thought my ankles weren't strong enough! Now Im hooked and looking forward to start W6... and I NEVER thought I'd ever say that!
If I can get to this stage, anyone can. Good luck wherever you are on this journey. We can do this!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
Thanks. I'm pretty sure I will enjoy those walk breaks 😂😀 got the 25min. run to look forward to at the end of W6 but doing 20 today has made it less daunting.
Thanks for posting this as this is the run I cannot see me being able to do. But to be honest I couldn’t complete day 1 run 1 and now I’m happily on week 3 so the plan most definitely works! I just cannot see it at the moment lol seems so far off
