If anyone is, don’t! I had 5 days off, ran today, and got a personal best. An extended rest can be a good thing...

I was really worried but no need!!! I had finished week 2 and had the last week with no running. I took the advice of others and just cracked on with week 3 and it was fine! We can all do this!

I was worried! I ran last Sunday then the snow hit, first run in a week was this morning! I loved being back out there! I didn’t struggle like I thought I would! Go for it! 😁 xx

I think problems on fitness kick in after a 2 week break. One week often is a great booster to your runs. So go out and enjoy provided you’re not in an area still looking like an ice rink!

Happy running

I went out this morning after not running since Monday (week 5 run 2)... the legs did feel heavier but that may be the extra million calories I’ve eaten since being snowed in with the small people! Go for it, I’m glad I did!
