Just back from a 9 mile run in the snow!! fantastic hard work and cold but enjoyed!!

9 miles... Jaw dropped! i managed 8 minutes, then the path looked too dodgy for running. (and I was hot and tired and maybe a wee bit lazy!)
I take my hat off to you. Maybe a wee nip of something in the cuppa is justified?

well I prefer trail shoes but studded x country shoes give a good grip as well
