Fed up as week 3 has to be postponed - can’t even get to the gym! So next week do I carry on with week 3 or have to start at the beginning???

Snow. Agreed so I am going out for a few miles walk instead. It all helps.

No keep going! It'll take a while for your fitness to reduce and the extra rest might do you good!

Carry on... and while you cannot get out.. put in some strength and stamina exercise, leg exercises, etc etc.. plan some new routes, and maybe a bit of running retail therapy.. :)

Tog up and walk, if it is safe too:)

Go out and build a snowman as a workout... :)

The runs will still be there and you will be just fine:)

It’s blowing gales out there! I walked to WW class but no-one else did 🙄 all was locked and barred ☹️ Walking to the gym in a bit The wind is horrendous so my planned long run is off We can catch up folks 😃👍

I braved a 9k walk instead - it was bitterly cold!

Carry on - if you braved a 9k walk you should be fine. And it’s not horrendous even if you have to repeat R3 of W2 which I am sure you won’t. Stamina is the thing and walking 9km is no small feat in this weather.

I like walking in fresh snow but not once it turns icy but this time it just seemed to be heavy snow with top ups of heavy snow then rain cleared it.
