I'm absolutely chomping at the bit to get out there and start week 6 but with this snow it's just not possible! Really demoralised as W5R3 went so well and I wanted to build on that. May have to redo week 5 once the ice disappears! Anyone else having snow issues?

Seem to be just managing to get out, juggled work - not been so bad in Bucks. Had blizzards on and off all day but snow not deep and found a soft surface to run on, appreciate luckier than most ❄️🤞

It's icy pavements that have put me off! I went for a walk after work to test it out and just not possible really. Gutted!

Pavements are particularly treacherous 😖

Lots of people having issues with the snow . Some people having more issues than others ... I am sure you can carry on where you left off ... that’s what I am going to do ..... week 6 apparently catches some people out ?

General consensus seems to be it takes 2 weeks of not running for you to lose fitness so these days are just helping you out with extra reovery time.

I have been known to run indoors while watching the telly.

Yes annoying isn't it. Can't drive to the gym and can't go outside to run 😡 I considered running round my house but as my next run is 25 mins and my house isn't a mansion, that might not work 😏

Many of us are unable to run due to the snow and ice. I opt for yoga or Pilates on YouTube, brilliant if you have a Smart tv.

You can also find virtual runs.
