It's hard to know what to wear in this weather Chris but where are you that you have temperatures of minus 5?

Oh yeah, face freeze. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh I wear a head band but narrow it a bit so it just covers the front of my head and my ears. I leave the rest of my head open so I don't get too hot and bothered

I start off with tee shirt and lightweight run jacket which gets peeled off at about 3k. I put it back on though for my walk home.

Have fun Chris. You're doing great!

Oh yes I get that where my face goes numb with the cold.

I do the same as Miss W, I stick my buff around the top of my forehead and ears and leave the top open so the steam can come out ha ha :-) xxx

Me three for folding a Buff into a narrow band to just cover just my ears and forehead. Last week it was -3C two days when running (here in the north if Scotland) and I also wore another Buff around my neck. Once I'd done about 10 minutes of my fast-paced run I got too hot with this and I stuffed it down the waist band of my running tights.
