Hi, I’m nicely getting back into the C25k after a bit of a stop/start over the winter. However, the top of my right foot is really causing me some bother. It’s like a constant cramp that’s waiting to click.
I have been running in some Adidas ‘off the shelf’ trainers, but I think I need to invest in some proper running shoes.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you 😊
