Calling all book worms! I’ve just read two great books...’Running for my life’ by Rachel Ann Cullen and ‘Run like a girl’ by Alex Heminsley...inspiring and thought provoking and great motivation for getting your trainers on in this chilly weather! Another on the way called ‘The long run’ which is more about the culture of women in running...can you believe women weren’t even allowed to enter Marathons as it was believed that their ovaries would ‘fall out’😂Us women need to celebrate how far we’ve come get out there and see what we’re capable of💪🏻

I haven’t read the third one but enjoyed the first two.
There is also No Run Intended which I enjoyed. Fit to Run by Phillip Pearson is more technical but very interesting.
No run intended is really funny and a good one for newbies I got it on kindle cheap as chips
