I've not posted before but reading everyone else's posts has been an inspiration to me. Every time I had concerns (eg week 5 run 3) I checked the forum and found loads of good advice which really helped me through.
I did my last run on 12th June and felt a huge sense of achievement. I only covered 4.4 K but was reassured once again by all you bloggers.
Today I went out to run with no Laura, no music, just me and nature. I ran 5K!!! It felt great. It took me 36 minutes but I know I'll speed up gradually. I have downloaded 5k+ but not tried any yet.
Thank you all so much for your support and advice.
Happy running

Now your fitness and confidence is rewarded, and you've benefitted from the blogs of others, perhaps you might be persuaded to help other newbies along too? Also, there is another page for post C25Kers with heaps of ideas and hints about making running part of their ongoing lives. Do hope you'll pop by there from time to time. Again, many congrats on your C35K success! Cheers, Linda
