Wow.. I've just returned from the Jane Tomlinson leeds 10k run where I was cheering on my husband and brother in law who were running. What a fantastic atmosphere.. I'm still buzzing from the amazing efforts of everyone. It's been so inspiring I'm defo doing it next year...now to complete w7 which I have had a few practice runs on. Haha My hands are sore from clapping so much and I have a sore throat from cheering people on but I'm so in awe of them all...I'd never in a million years would have thought that running would become such an enjoyment in my life and this programme and the lovely people in this forum have made this possible.. Happy sunday and running to all. π

Jane Tomlinson was so inspirational and it is great that her memory lives on. Glad you had a good day and well done to all the runners. Maybe I'll see you there next year......????

I had friends who ran it today while I was doing the 5k Race for Life in York. I'm determined I'll be able to take part by this time next year. Hopefully see you there and you too, @helenwheels.
