Brilliant Bev! Iβm still amazed at all the benefits running brings. It has certainly done wonders for my depression. I wonβt say itβs easy always, but it is always rewarding. Iβm very much looking forward to your graduation!!

Great to hear this, Bev - I'm feeling the same, definitely feel a lot better in my head now than I did starting the year, and when you stop and think about how much we've achieved since then, it's pretty mind-blowing and every reason to feel chuffed! Enjoy week 7 - you've got this!
