I love my slow runs... theyβre always the best runs... embrace your pace, love those runs... and if you ever find yourself doing a speed session then youβll love the next slow one even more! Slow running builds endurance, and thatβs what this plan is all about... youβre doing great. You got this now.
Thanks so much for the support! I will remember that. Iβm hoping to do the Race for Life on the 7th of July... not sure how realistic it will be to do 5k as a runner, but at least itβs keeping me motivated to graduate-hopefully on this day! If not, itβs a great cause to do a run and a walk π
