Well, beginning week 4 has by far been my biggest challenge of the programme, don’t get me wrong it’s still manageable but you do notice the stretch in those 5 minute runs. I did reduce the pace in the last 5 but I was expecting that anyway and I’m hoping now that I know what’s in store the next 2 runs will be a bit “easier”.

I did my W4R1 this morning as well. Definitely more challenging! I managed it but it was hardly graceful 😳 thank goodness for Jo Whiley’s calm encouragement. Well done Quigs. Let us know how the next one goes. 👍🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Well done Quigs There are quite a few who've found week 4 hard going, but the main thing is you completed the run, and hopefully the next one will be a little easier. :-)
