Got off to a great start and all going well until felt a pull in my left calf. Didn't stop me running but caused a slight limp and I slowed down. Minor strain I hope - tommorow will tell I guess. Hopefully won't interfere with my progress!

I am at the same stage but I rested up a lot earlier in the programme partly though illness but also a hip flexor strain. I repeated weeks and took extra days off and have progressed injury free so far fingers crossed. Take it easy - you don’t want a worse injury. Good luck!

Well pulls can be a real nuisance and so rest up, take it easy and fingers crossed you’re okay next time out

Not too stiff in the calf today thank goodness so will focus on stretching today and gentle walking and hopefully no harm done. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
