I enjoyed my run yesterday despite the snow, biting wind and side stepping a few geese and swans.

I never thought I could run one minute but now achieving 25 minutes is all thanks to the C25K plan and all your support on the forum.

Many thanks

RGR 😊

It's really due to your commitment to yourself and the programme πŸ˜‰

I hope your grandkids are suitably impressed!

You're doing great! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜

Lovely pic RGR - and well done! We didn't think we had it in us, did we? πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Thank you JoP61

We really didn’t did we. It’s interesting to look back and see where we have progressed from.

Not long until you have finished. All the best with your last few runs of the programme. I suspect Graduation is only the beginning though!

Happy running

And thank you! I can't quite believe how I've progressed since those first tentative runs in Week 1. Thank you for your best wishes. I suppose I will finish when I get to the end of Week 9 (hopefully I will do that), but I feel as though I am just taking baby steps into the running world. So, as you say, graduation is only the beginning. I hope I can keep it up, but am worried how I will continue without the structure of the C25K programme. Anyway, that's for another day. I still have 5 runs to do in order to graduate.

You are nearly there too! Happy running. πŸ˜€

Did you find the 25 minutes easier now that you've done it a couple times?

Yes definitely . I seem to have more of a rhythm to my pace after the first 5 minutes and I try to settle into that. I think the change of venue helped as so much more to see than just running around streets .

It also helps to know I can do this as I did it before.

Let me know how you get on
