This is a great programme and making the decision to start won’t be something you’ll regret. Take your time and ease into it at your own pace and it will prove more achievable than you now think

I was the same! Never ran before did the odd class in the gym! I’ve just completed W4R3 and I’m absolutely loving it! So go for it, the gradual runs really work for me. Good luck 😊
