Hello everyone, well, I cannot believe this of myself but I got up and RAN before work this morning! It’s so unlike anything I’ve ever done before! That’s my 2nd run on week 1 so I’m just a 54 year old complete beginner but feeling, dare i say, ok about it 👍xx

Brill, this 52 year old non runner graduated just over a week ago and always hated running! You can do this and might even get hooked!!

Congratulations and welcome to the forum and C25K, you seem to have enjoyed your runs so far, may it long continue for the next 9 weeks until you graduate, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish. 😊 🏃

It changes you. I used to love my bed and no one I know can believe I've been getting up at 5.15 to run. I've just graduated this week and it feels great. Stick with it you will enjoy it so much.

These early weeks are brilliant, enjoy the journey! My runs are a mix bag of early mornings or after work, the early morning ones a great in that once they are out of the way you can lounge around all day as recovery 😂

Thank you for the support and encouragement, I’m about to start W3R1 and am feeling nervous about it, i’ve been running slowly up to now seem still seem to get so out of breath! Anyway, I love my achievement up to now and I’ll keep it up, I’m determined 👍 xx
