So after having my gait analysis last week and the purchase of new trainers, I rested a week for the knee pain to go and started at the beginning of week 3 again. (I had got week 4 run 1 when the pain got too much).
Took it slowly and although I’m not perfectly pain free, it’s much better and I’m not suffering after.
So fingers crossed, I can get back on track.
Must admit though, I’m very nervous of doing week 4 again, quite a step up from 9mins to 16mins in a session. 😬
