Well, after much creeping up on it sneakily, I have finally tackled week 3, and this time, I finished it! In fact I was so pleased with my progress that I did run 1 of week 4 at the weekend. Oops, silly me, that was too much of a shock for my recovering foot and 4 minutes into the 5-minute run, it started aching.
So, lesson learnt, I went out this morning for week 3 again. It went well, and I tacked an extra 3 minutes run onto the end of it. So, I suppose I need to think about week 3.5! Added a photo of butterflies in the garden, to see us through the gloom.

Yes that's what's in the picture. (The only ones I can reliably identify, along with cabbage white!) There were peacocks all over the buddleia but couldn't get them all in shot!
We have had peacocks on our Valerian recently. Butterflies have been late arrivals up here this year. A few painted ladies and tortoiseshells have appeared too.
Well done Grumps, take it steady and dont be to eager to get to the next level, I'm just about to restart w1 yet again. Don't worry if it takes you 2, 3 or4 times as long as the plan says, just moving towards the goal is what is it important 😁
