Well , to say I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s Parkrun is a bit of an understatement. My daughter is joining me on her first Parkrun. 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃

That's lovely. At the moment my teenage daughter is bemused as I've told her she walks quicker than I jog. "Jog?!" she replied, incredulously, "I was under the impression that you were running!" And then she broke out with the lovely reassuring smile that only she can.
