Parkrun and Junior Parkrun !!

Hi everyone, I thought I would post and say my family officially have the Parkrun bug !!

I did Parkrun in beautiful Bournemouth yesterday, and Junior Parkrun in Poole this morning with my children. If you didn't give your local Parkrun a go yet, go for it !!

Hi , Bournemouth Parkrun starts at the athletics stadium in Kings Park. Around 300 people of varying abilities go every week. It's a really good social one. Have you done any Parkruns ?

Hi no not yet it bit difficult for me at the moment as I work Saturday's and am in swanage but hope to do the Poole Bournemouth or weymouth ones one day.

I did Poole Parkrun yesterday, in perfect conditions. There was an occasional cold breeze along with gentle sunshine. It was lovely!

Must give Bournemouth a try soon, but I've heard it has some hilly bits (I love that Poole is flat). 🏃

Hi yes, your right Bournemouth is definately a little hilly, I guess its part of the fun. I would never have included hills and fun in the same sentence before C25k lol !!

Amazing what we can achieve with a bit of training and a bit of determination!
