parkrun shuffle PB.

Well Our Newcastle trip was cancelled so back to our homerun, where I've struggled to get out of the 53s... Yet elsewhere I've managed 51 something and 52 something.

But last week I did one elsewhere and for the first time didn't feel ghastly...

So was glad to be back at my home run today.

However it didn't go brilliantly...found it hard going as usual, anxiety creeps in right at the beginning...and it did today too.

But when I remembered to switch off my Runkeeper it said 51 something so I was excited waiting for my official parkrun time...which the man delivered to me teasingly in the supermarket. Wow I definitely broke my bogey times of 53 mins...

50:37 so my best time at home and away, so very happy indeed... So a new target awaits me. I want a sub 50 now 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃😁
