Hi all have just completed Day 1 of week 1 legs turned to lead on run four then passed off. Feeling so good first time I've run for that long total in maybe 30 yrs 😱 planning Sunday as day 2 so hopefully I will be on here after with having achieved it!😊

Well done, that's the hardest bit out of the way.
Well done, keep it up, it does get easier. I have just completed Day 3 of week 1 this morning, I am buzzing and can't wait to do week 2
No 'hopefully' about it. Hardest part is getting out the door.

Each time you repeat a run I think it feels a little easier- so it’s great motivation!

Biggest problem to overcome is getting out the door. Everything from now on in is just a nice progression.
