Dear all
After the futile attempt last week (had to stop after 6th 1 min run ) I m planning to run again tomorrow morning I mean w1r1
In between did brisk walking almost every day and did one or two run for 1 min or 2 min in each walk . But as suggested here I went very slow on my run and was comfortable running for 1 to 2 min non stop without gasping for air . NOW I understand why it’s told SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE.
