It’s run one of week three a bit of a shock to the system as have had a week off in between due to flu so glad I did I feel superhuman now - the best advice I had this morning from my partner when I questioned going was - why not? I can do anything!!!

Today was the first time I’ve had a slight “not sure I want to” thought (I fell over yesterday and pulled muscles in my arm and chest!) But I’m so glad I did!! It really picks my mood up!

Week 3 feels a bit harder doesn’t it? Though run 2 was better than 1 do heading in the right direction!
