Week 3 run 3

Week 3 run 3

And so week 3 passes like a fart in the sea breeze. Yeah sorry, I guess I'm a bit too tired to sensor myself. It wasn't an easy run today, but it was an improvement from the second run of the week. I turned strange colors and you could have lit a match with my face. As a matter of fact, I had the Madison fire department following me waiting for me to burst into flame. All joking aside (for now), I made it through week three. As for you week 4, be afraid, be very afraid, because I'm coming for you next πŸ˜‰.

    Lovely picture too!

Have a well earned rest πŸ˜† xx

  • I'm right there with you. Week 4 to commence on Sunday morning

  • Awesome! Good luck to you. We'll muddle through this together.

  • Go for it. Week 4 is tough but fair. I had to do it twice (am now about to complete Week 8). You can do this - give it hell!

  • I will. Thank you 😊!

  • You said fart lol

    Well done.

    ( the run not the,,,)

  • Well done on completing Week 3, that's great. If its any comfort my face looks very like a tomato when I finish a run. Keep up the great work !

  • I'm glad I'm not the only one. It gets to feeling like I glow in the dark. Lol.

  • Sometimes, I am "running" so slowly, I am almost in slow motion LOL!!!!! It is me and my brain arguing - "you need to walk", "you will never dos five minute run" that almost stops me but my friend is on week 3, can't let her defeat me! Week 5 looks like a challenge, we will do it though, rest and relax for a couple of days then going for it! When do u do week 5, day 1 πŸ˜‰

  • Week 5 day 1 will be a week from today (the 21st) if all goes well. 😊

  • Congratulations....have a good rest and sure you will smash week4 πŸƒ

  • Well done you!

You finished week 3.... Onto week 4!! Xx

  • Hahaha, love the picture. Good on you for the positive attitude.

  • Thank you! The sense of achievement really helps. I can't help cracking the occasional joke though. πŸ˜†
