Hi all have completed week 1 and week 2 of C25K and I am due to do the first run of week 3 tom. I am a bit nervous about running for 3 mins but have enjoyed w1 and w2 so hoping I can do it. It helps to see people on here posting about their experiences :-)

If you did week 2 Ok week 3 shouldn't be a problem, keep it slow and steady.

Looking back through my posts I found week 3 a bit better as you get more of a rhythm going.

week 3 is a biggie as you seem to suddenly find your breath (i managed my first run without having paramedics on standby in week 3 lol) enjoy!! xx
