Felt like a big step up but managed two 8 minute runs! Can’t believe the next one is 20mibs straight ... surely not!

You’ve made it thus far so you can do it. Be assured that the programme knows what it’s doing. have confidence in it and your own ability

Do it nice and steady and it’s in the bag 🙂👍

It surely is. :-) And get ready, you are going to feel SO good when you do it! This run really shows you what all the previous runs have been training you for. Trust me. In many ways, it is more of a mental challenge than a physical one, so just go out there with the attitude that you are going to do it, and take it nice and slow (pacing yourself is so key for longer stints of running), and you will be fine! Be sure to report back, okay?

Well done on getting as far as you have – and enjoy every run to come (or at least get through it and enjoy the buzz after!)

W5R3 was my favourite run of the entire programme...

Well done.

You just did 16 minute running with 5 minutes brisk walking in the middle, so the next workout is actually shorter.

Believe in yourself and the plan.

Thanks for what you wrote - really helpful, it’s just training not a test. I will try to go out positive( tho Yoda is in my head saying ‘no try, do!) and I can probably do it. And if I can’t then, yes, I’m stronger for next time I have a go!
