I wouldn’t suggest you do week 5 again- I’ve just started week 6 and while you go a little further you go back to the run walk routine.

Congratulations! I’ve just finished week 6 and the first 2 runs don’t feel as difficult as the 20 min run of week 5 and then the 3rd run I was dreading as it’s 25mins but actually I felt better than the 20 min run so as long as you feel healthy go for it.
I say move on, especially as you smashed it!!
Stay nice and steady for W6R1 though........it catches many out.
