Week 2 - completed

Week 2 - completed

Hi fellow runners,

I had finished week 2 today :D

First I got totally soaked during my 1 hour 5km walk with dog, just to have a quick change and get running "shower" :)

My self-esteem +10, my toughness +3. Used tissues -5, happiness +5. 1 min wall seat just after run - completed. 30 squads - done.

Week 3 - bring it on!

I'm very happy to proceed to phase 3 next week :) My plan to do 2 runs this week has been accomplished :) Thinking of doing 3 runs the following week, but may be tricky due to long distance travel Fri-Sun to visit my family back in Poland. If I go crazy, I could do Mon, Wed, very early Fri. However, I'm not putting any pressure on me, I'll see how it's going to be.
