Hi fellow runners,
I had finished week 2 today
First I got totally soaked during my 1 hour 5km walk with dog, just to have a quick change and get running "shower"
My self-esteem +10, my toughness +3. Used tissues -5, happiness +5. 1 min wall seat just after run - completed. 30 squads - done.
Week 3 - bring it on!
