Wohoo just finished week 2!
I tried another route for two of my runs this week which I thoroughly enjoyed so I’m going to try and alternate my routes.
Bought some new trainers this week too, nothing too fancy but they’re lightweight and very comfortable. They should see me through for the time being while I get comfortable with running.
Now onto week 3, next run planned for Sunday 🏃🏻♀️💪🏻
