I tried another route for two of my runs this week which I thoroughly enjoyed so I’m going to try and alternate my routes.
Bought some new trainers this week too, nothing too fancy but they’re lightweight and very comfortable. They should see me through for the time being while I get comfortable with running.
Now onto week 3, next run planned for Sunday 🏃🏻♀️💪🏻

I did my first run of week 3 yesterday and have the second run planned for tomorrow. It wasn’t as bad as I thought and found trimming for 3mins went by quickly! Good luck with this week
