Week4 complete..woohooo!

The way I feel, it may seem I have completed the whole programme lol. Very pleased week 4 is done & dusted. Tonight was the run3 of week 4. Went for it after my second work, and still had enough in the tank to walk a few more kms after completing the podcast!

Dreading week 5 though..as the run time gradually increases. Not sure if I can do it, i will give it a go. Rest day tomorrow and I will start week5 on wednesday!

One question though, I do walk a few exrtra kms after the podcast finishes..i dont run, just continue walking. Is that okay as walking is a gentle exercise?

Continuing to walk is perfectly fine.

I actually found W5R1 to be easier after doing W4.

Woo hoo 🥳!Please DON’T dread W5.

I actually really enjoyed W5 & I loved W5R3, which is the run commented on frequently!

We are all different, one may not like it, whereas another will love it.

Don’t dread it, don’t let these negative thoughts win by you thinking you can’t do it. You may well surprise yourself.

Good luck 🤞.

Well done on your progress and yes , a longer walk is absolutely fine !And week 4 that you have just completed is a longer training session than any of the week 5 runs ! (Check out the timings) 😁
