1st run: I couldn’t complete full runs. Repeated today after 1 Day break and smashed it!! Definitely need to keep the speed down. Onwards and upwards now I hope 🤞

Excellent, well done! Slow and steady is definitely the way to go 👍😁
amazing!! Well done that’s awesome! Such dedication and determination you’ve shown to keep going and not give up.

It's okay to repeat any run or week and you did it. Well done you😊😊

Top tip: get the word 'run' out of your head and instead think 'jog' - NICE and SLOW does it.
You need DiscoRunner and her Japanese Slow Runner vid!
I struggled today with my first run too, thanks for posting your inspirational second run story, just what I needed! Well done you for persevering 😊

Enjoy your journey.
Well done. Run 1 took me 3vattemots. Just going for week 2., Run 1. Not sure it gets easier but the feeling of achievement and the support from this forum certainly build the enthusiasm. 👍

Well done you ! It took me nine weeks of repeats to beat week 1 on my first time around so you’re doing great in my book ! Keep taking it slow and steady, and try not to get too frustrated if/when you have to repeat: you’re building strength and stamina which will really pay back later on in the programme. Have fun x
