Just finished my 3rd run of week 2. I have been slower each time this week and today stopped about 10 secs short of my 90 secs. Should i repeat this run until i feel comfortable or do i move onto week 3?

Week 2
There are no strict rules. Personally I stayed on week 2 for quite a while. I would suggest completing the three runs at each stage before moving on. It's all good training. It could just be that you need to slow down slightly.
It is your journey..if that 10 seconds is going to make you feel the run eluded you, then do it again...otherwise..move on. If you did not feel comfortable, then running it again, even slower will add to the confidence and the build up of your running leg muscles.
Keep it really slow and steady..
" A journey...not a race".
Each run is training for the next one, so each one counts. I always say if you don't complete a run then repeat it, but for the sake of ten seconds, it is barely significant.
You are in control, so you decide, but hanging around on a certain week because you are not sure you will complete the next run, is not a very positive attitude and that is essential for every runner.

Keep it up.
