After graduating a year ago I stopped running thru lazy Ness and constant shin pain. Tonight for no reason me and the good lady cracked open the app and started at week one again. 😁

It was so much easier than last year's first run

😀

Let's hope we keep it going this time

Yaaay. Welcome back. We were just killing time whilst you were away.

The great thing about both the programme and this forum is that they’re there, ready to get you going whenever you want to come back - and they don’t count how many times you restart. I for one am very glad of this! ;) As another recent returner, I’ll say welcome back. We can do this!

Hello Gemset,

Congratulations on getting back out there. I'm sure you will keep it going!

I graduated recently but am finding it difficult to run any distance now: lack of energy, tiredness, lack of resolve ... Maybe I'll do some walking instead and and come back to the programme later, like you.

Good luck and keep posting!

Don't go back to Ness, lazy or otherwise.

This guide may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Keep running, keep smiling.
