Well that's week 1 done. Cant say I have found it easy but at least it is one more week of exercise than I have done in the last 20 years!
Still find myself checking my watch and counting down to when I can stop running and start walking! Looking forward to when I feel more comfortable and can run beyond the change over without realising.
Anyway looking forward to Week 2 now - and just realised I don't even know what is involved.
Cheers
Peter

Hi Peter, well done on completing week 1. I’m working through week 3 and find myself clock watching too. If you find a “cure” please share because I’d love to hear how you did it.
I was clock watching quite a lot. Now, I don't take a watch, my mobile that plays the C25K is hidden in a waist band, so I just need to listen. Taking out and putting back my mobile takes too long and it's not very easy.
The other thing I did is depending on a day: concentrating on music lyrics, or telling myself 'ok, only till this crossroad, or tree, or Sainsbury's, or bin, or bush' (depending where I'm running). This helped me concentrate more on the surroundings including nature on the streets, colour of the sky, or amount of clouds. Everything to distract from a difficult run
