I have just finished wk 1 I have done three runs how many days rest before I start on wk 2?

As many as you like but at least one.

When I started C25K I was running Mon-Wed-Fri and taking the weekends off. Then I managed to do alternate days for a bit, before getting a lot more gappy because i was travelling.

It doesn't seem to make any difference.

Hello, just to check... it is advised to take at least one rest day after each run (not just after each week), so for example you might run monday, weds, friday, and then have the weekend off before starting the next week!

You can do non-impact exercise on the 'rest' days.
