Congratulations Batman1979, your average times for 5K are about the same as mine, although I have a PB of 32.25, I usually do it in around 35 minutes, good luck for your first parkrun on Saturday. 😊
That is a great achievement. Good luck with your first parkrun!
Enjoy parkrun great way to improve, we’ll done on graduating keep it up
That’s fantastic! Enjoy your first park run. I’ve still not attended one yet ... getting up at 8am on a Saturday (my nearest is a 30 minute drive!) does not excite me with a 4yo who wakes me up in the middle of the night for a hug!
That's brilliant! I'm nowhere near running 5k in that sort of time. I did do my first park run and they are indeed friendly! Fantastic weight loss too!
Wow that’s awesome!! I aspire to be able to go and join in a Parkrun, so I hope your first one goes well!! You will feel so proud of yourself. Go for it and we’ll done on all the weight loss, that’s pretty amazing.
That's excellent Batman!! I've got a week to go on plan. Already signed up for Parkrun but would be happier starting when I've proved to myself I can actually run 5k. At my current speed I think I'd take about 38 minutes. However, most of my runs have been on a treadmill so once I've got the 5k on treadmill, I then have to make sure I can do it outside. Might even have a cheeky run of my local Parkrun route on my own.
Fantastic weight loss by the way! I'm in awe. Need to lose a load myself too.
