Hi all. 30 years since any meaningful running. Pretty active job for 24 years but now more desk bound! Bit the bullet after encouragement from a couple of much fitter friends.

First run (run 1 week 1) on Wednesday. Pretty proud. Second one tonight for some reason felt way harder!! But chuffed and Michael Johnson plus some decent music really helped. So far so good...plus try the NHS Choices strength and flex podcasts on day off running

Hooked (but freezing!)

Your post is exactly my situation 12 weeks ago, now graduated and running 30 mins 3x a week. It's a great program and completely possible :). Enjoy 😊
