Completed a couple of Park Runs and was enjoying my staggering with intent then Boxing Day a cold struck. Have been out for a stagger today and felt terrible. Any thoughts tips other than take it slowly and listen to what your body is telling you?

You got them covered - general rule is if the cold is above the neck you're okay to run but take it nice and slowlee....

But below the neck and you need to rest and fully recuperate. What a bummer this happening right now, still I hope your running boots are working again in the New Year
