First, first & last!

First run of the year and first ( & last ) run on a treadmill ( a slow 33mins). It was sort of ok in a wobbly way ( how DO people balance on those things??)....but I had quite an exciting time getting off at the end... upright I remained... starjump-cum-windmill style... all dignity gone!! Daughter vastly amused. 😂

I'm back off to my muddy field and windy beach! 😃

I'm with you on this one. We have a gym at work that I can use for free. I did a couple of my runs on the treadmill, but hated every minute of it! Give me the great outdoors complete with rain, wind and obstacles any day!

I've only ever been on a treadmill once, when I had a gait analysis. I also found it a very strange experience and nearly fell off the thing!

Oooo yes the ghastly gait analysis - my dear husband took photos and fell about laughing!
