Up at 6:15 this morning, did my stretches, was ready for a 25 minute run. But although I was active for the whole 35 mins, (a) I chose to run on the softer ground of a park, not realising that it also a football pitch, and therefore a quagmire (b) my breathing wasn't good (c) it was drizzling and windy, and (d) I don't think my mental side was in the groove. So I spent about a quarter of the time walking, and I was back in the car before the 5mins cooldown was up.
Think I might have to do this one again....

Sometimes it just doesn’t work out right, does it?! Have a rest day - it wasn’t a total fail - you got out there, and you learned a lot. Including that it’s harder running on grass - quagmire or no! Next time! And take it nice and slow.
The great thing is that we can all do this at our own pace and that tomorrow is always a new day, with an opportunity to move on without any worries about what happened yesterday! Good luck!
