So Santa brought me a new pair of thermal running leggings and also a fitness watch for Christmas this year, and today I finally found the time to give them both a go!
Woke up this morning planning on running, but it was raining so decided no... 20 mins later the sun came out so on went the trainers. That's the second 25 min run under my belt now, and I was shocked to see that I ran 3.8km! Very very pleased with myself, and just goes to show how good this programme is! Loving it and can't wait to progress even more.
I hope everyone's having a lovely run up to the New Year! (excuse the pun π)

I don't think this tracker is entirely accurate to be honest seeing as its saying I did 100 steps in my sleep last night π so I'm probably less than 3.8 but yeah. Your distance will be good for you though won't it, with like stride distance and speed and stuff. I have long legs so that might have something to do with it hahah
which tracker? My Garmin is brilliant but hopeless at sleep tracking. i had a Fitbit Charge 2 before and it was really good on sleep. I think they get confused if you are very restless and asleep or very still but awake.
Yeah that's it! It's called lintelek or something, only picked it up cheap off amazon as I'm not a dedicated step counter or anything, only kinda using it as a guide really! This one doesn't have a heart rate monitor either so that's also probably why, cause I guess the ones with HR can know when it's slowed down to sleep mode
