Graduation run completed 😀🎉🏃🏼‍♀️

[Uphill-downhill]

After a 10 day lay off due to sore hip and Shropshire's snowy weather I've completed my W9R3 run. Feeling rather pleased with that Can now run for 30 minutes and can run 5k, just not at the same time!!! Time to plod on with more 30min runs. Special thanks to Fleetwood Mac, Morcheeba and when needed Nirvana 🎼. Thanks also to those who post on here, it's been really helpful to read your posts 😀🏃🏼‍♀️x
