Graduation run completed!!

Hi, finally after a few days of not running (upset tummy - probably best not to run I thought!) i completed my w9r3 this morning - managed 5k in 30m 04s so more than happy with that, especially as the last 5mins was all uphill. Staying with my daughter this week too so had to run in unfamiliar territory but found lovely route along the canal in Ilkeston - if I had stayed on the canal path for longer I could have avoided the hill at the end - I realised afterwards! Never mind - it is done!
