Yeah. I’m feeling very chuffed. I completed the final run. I went super super slow as was determined to cover the full 5k distance and sooo slow as was trying to avoid some interesting involuntary gymnastics as there was lots of ice on the paths. I ended up running for 44mins!
My next target is to do a Parkrun. I know I can do the distance now and aim is to get a bit quicker.
This programme is fantastic and this forum is wonderful for encouragement. Brilliant to be part of a virtual running group. Thanks so much.
