Crikey, it was cold out there this afternoon. Left my warm office to go for a quick lunchtime run - took me 10 minutes to figure out how many layers to wear! Anyway, had a nice run (found it tougher than running the 20 min straight) but glad I went. Just need to try and fit in the 2 others before the end of this week. Hoping run 2 will be a little kinder.

Hey, I so agree! W6 R1 & 2 were hard for me too. Defo prefer the no break runs now and loved my W6R3 today. Roll on the remainder till graduation, so excited now as think I’m starting to feel the endorphins!
I was trying to pace myself as well, as had read (after my rather cocky w5, r3 post) that todays run is one that trips up a lot of peeps. Have never ran so slowly Anyway, onwards and upwards!
