Woke up early for the penultimate run, thought I was going for a wet one but it was worse than that very strong winds that took away what little breath I have anyway when going up these Cornish hills,it was hard work but oh so satisfying now, get up and get out there people have a great day 👍😀🏃

Very true, that’s just one of the positives of this programme getting up 3times a week for 9 weeks makes me feel very proud of myself😀😀

The hills.....I was cursing them this morning. I went a different way this morning which meant running downhill for the first half and then an extremely steep hill on the way back.....never again! I don't mind the wind and luckily there was no rain until I was a few steps from home when there were a couple of drops making their presence felt. Happy running
